1. The Promoter 
   1. The promoter is Statement Technologies Limited trading as Tuza of 86-90 Floor 3, Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE.

2. The Competition 
   1. Tuza’s Golden Ticket competition allows customers and participating businesses in the United Kingdom to win prizes when a customer receives a Golden Ticket receipt from a participating business. 
   2. Both the customer and the participating business owner may win a prize upon receipt of the Golden Ticket.

3. How to Enter 
   1. To enter the competition, customers must make a purchase at a participating business and in doing so the customer and the participating business owner are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
   2. Golden Ticket receipts shall be randomly distributed among participating businesses. 
   3. If a Golden Ticket is received by a customer, both the customer and the participating business owner are eligible for a prize.
   4. Tuza reserves the right to refuse to award a prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

4. Competition Period
   1. The competition will run from 9am on 1 December 2024 to 5pm on 30 December 2024 inclusive.  
   2. All Golden Tickets must be received before the end of the competition period.

5. Eligibility 
   1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Tuza, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the competition. Participating businesses are excluded from entering as customers.
   2. Only one prize per customer is permitted. 
   3. In entering, customers confirm that they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize they may win. Tuza may require customers to provide proof that they are eligible to enter the competition.
   4. Tuza reserves the right to disqualify a customer or a participating business owner if their conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the competition.

6. The Prize 
   1. The prizes available are as follows:some text
      1. Customer may win a £100 voucher to spend at any Golden Ticket participating store, details of which can be found at www.tuza.co.uk/goldenreceipt
      2. The participating business owner may win £100 in cash.
   2. Prize vouchers are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
   3. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on behalf of the customer or participating business owner. 
   4. Tuza reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value at its sole discretion. 
   5. Winners must contact Tuza at hello@tuza.co.uk within 7 days of receiving their Golden Ticket in order to confirm their prize. 
   6. Once awarded, a voucher must be redeemed within 30 calendar days. 
   7. Tuza does not accept any responsibility if a winner does not redeem their prize within the redeemable period. 
   8. Tuza reserves the right to void, cancel, suspend or amend the competition at any time in its sole discretion. 
   9. The decision of Tuza regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

   1. By entering the competition, participants consent to the collection, processing and use of their personal data (as defined in the GDPR) for the purposes of administering the competition.

8. Limitation of Liability
   1. Tuza accepts no responsibility for any technical issues, lost or delayed entries, or incorrect information submitted during the competition.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution 
   1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
