Terms and Conditions for the Tuza Price Guarantee Promotion

Promotion Organizer: Statement Technologies Limited (trading as Tuza)

Promotion Name:Tuza Price Guarantee

Promotion Period: Effective from 12/07/2024 and valid until 14/07/2024, unless extended or terminated earlier by Tuza at its sole discretion.

Eligibility:

1. The promotion is open to all merchants based in the United Kingdom who accept payments through Consumer Debit, Credit, or Corporate cards.
2. To qualify, merchants must provide a complete and recent merchant statement detailing their current card processing rates.
3. The merchant statement must be sent to priceguarantee@tuza.co.uk within the promotion period.
4. The merchant must be a new customer to Tuza. Existing Tuza customers are not eligible for this promotion.

Promotion Mechanics:

1. Submission Process:
   • Merchants must email a complete and recent merchant statement to priceguarantee@tuza.co.uk.
   • The statement should clearly show the current rates for Consumer Debit, Credit, and Corporate card transactions.
2. Evaluation:
   • Upon receiving the statement, Tuza will evaluate the rates to determine if they can offer lower rates.
   • Tuza reserves the right to request additional information or clarification regarding the provided merchant statement.
3. Outcome:
   • If Tuza is unable to offer lower rates than those shown in the provided merchant statement, the merchant will be entitled to a £500 payout.
   • If Tuza can beat the rates, no payout will be made, but the merchant will have the option to switch to Tuza's services at the offered rates.

Payout Conditions:

1. The £500 payout will be made only if Tuza cannot beat any of the current Consumer Debit, Credit, or Corporate rates shown in the submitted merchant statement.
2. The payout will be processed within 30 days of the determination that Tuza cannot offer lower rates.
3. Payment will be made via bank transfer to the merchant’s designated account.

General Conditions:

1. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions by Tuza.
2. Tuza reserves the right to verify the authenticity and accuracy of the submitted merchant statement. Any fraudulent, misleading, or incomplete submissions will be disqualified.
3. Tuza’s decision on whether it can beat the submitted rates is final and binding.
4. By participating in this promotion, merchants agree to these terms and conditions and Tuza’s privacy policy.
5. Tuza reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
6. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
